offline mode

offline mode: For Message Queuing, a condition in which a computer that belongs to a domain is temporarily unable to communicate with a domain controller. This occurs when the computer itself is offline, all domain controllers in the site are offline, or when an attempt is made to access a remote computer and the remote computer is temporarily unable to query a domain controller for authentication.
